What is a wedding coordinator?

We are the best “Type A” person you could ever hope for on your big day! We will take over all of your hard work and plans to make sure they happen smoothly so all you have to worry about is having fun and landing on your wedding day.

With our 6-week “Month-of” option, LOVE + WOLVES CO is here for all of your coordination needs. We know exactly what it’s like to plan a wedding (because we’ve been there!) and we understand how important it is to pass the baton to the professionals. This is a must have if you don’t have a planner hired. Trust us, it’s worth it over relying on your family + friends to do it!

It’s our job to tie up all of those loose ends and think of the “what ifs” so you’ll be at ease and focused on the most important thing of all: THE LOVE.

Not only are we here for you as a couple, we will support your vendors, as well, to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

COORDINATION SERVICES INCLUDED

• Taking over and managing communications with all booked vendors 6 weeks ahead of wedding

• Email communication starting 6 weeks before your wedding

• Making sure all details are finalized

• Three 1-hour phone calls at the beginning, middle and end of the planning process

• Outstanding vendor recommendations as needed

• Optional venue walkthrough depending on location (venue permitting + travel fee TBD)

• One hour ceremony rehearsal (venue permitting + travel fee TBD)

• Putting together floor plans, timeline + vendor contact list

• Being on-site the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly

• Checking in and managing all deliveries + vendors the day of

• Ceremony organization + management

• Set up + breakdown of smaller items (table decor, personal items, guest book, favors etc)

• Helping to distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors
