After working under some of the world’s best known photojournalists, Baird discovered his passion for weddings when his cousin's photographer didn't show up. He shot it on the spot and instantly fell in love with telling love stories.

Baird’s philosophy for shooting is about capturing honest moments. People say looking through his work makes them feel like they were actually there. Capturing essence. His work looks and feels like memories.

Throughout his career he has been named a Rangefinder Top 30  Rising Star Worldwide and published across media platforms from Vogue, New York Times, People, Insider and Metro etc.

Something you may not know:
Baird’s other passion is sound medicine. He professionally facilitates soundscapes for groups and offersprivate sessions. His favorite thing to do is dog pile on the floor with his family.

Don't think, just book.... Baird was the hit of our day...He was organized, helpful, pleasant and great to communicate with in the months and days leading up to our wedding...he blew it out of the water day of...he was on time, totally prepared, chill as all get-out when we were a bit stressed, and so excited to be there. Within minutes, Baird knew every wedding party member's name, which was when everyone started raving about him. The discussions of how awesome he was didn't stop all night, and still haven't stopped, especially because we recently received our photos.
