Rosie has an intense passion and eye for composition and her artistic aim is to always capture the authenticity of the moment. She has created stunning portraits and shot live events for some of the biggest and hippest names in music (wouldn’t you like to know?!). Her glow and warmth acts as a soothing presence for those she works with, welcoming their true selves to be captured in her work.

Rosie adores providing portraits for families and weddings as she feels incredibly fortunate to play a part in such special memories!

Something you may not know:

Rosie is a proud mama of a little boy named Arlo and is originally from Montevideo, Uruguay where she studied film in college. She used to be in an all-girl punk band that made waves through South America. Also, chocolate is her weakness and her strength.

“Where do we begin in expressing how we feel about Rosie?

My husband secretly hired Rosie to take photos of our proposal. It was a cold late afternoon along the water in Brooklyn, staring at the Manhattan skyline, and Rosie took photos from afar while he proposed. Minutes later, she revealed herself, and then proceeded to follow us along our walk to dinner. It was a very intimate setting, and a very personal and overwhelming experience in the best way possible. Having Rosie with us couldn't have been a better match. We felt so incredibly comfortable with her - she kept her distance while capturing photos that we'll always cherish, and found a way to do so while we were able to be completely and authentically "us". Non-staged, raw and beaming in joy—every shot she took will forever speak for itself.

Fast forward 11 months, and Rosie was then again our photographer, but this time, for our Wedding. One thing that put us at complete ease and gave us one less item to overthink was knowing that we had Rosie to navigate us and take care of us on the big day. And, that's exactly what she did—she took care of us. She gracefully glided her way throughout our Church, and then throughout every landmark that we chose to hit for photos pre-venue (from a Park Avenue stroll, to the lobby of our apartment building and then to Grand Central). We laughed with her the entire day. She had an answer for every question we had, she gave her input in the friendliest and most helpful way, and both my husband and I couldn't possibly imagine having anyone else by our side throughout a day that was filled with such eagerness and such emotion. Just as in the way we view our Engagement photos, the images we now have from our wedding are imprinted on our hearts, all thanks to Rosie for being so exceptionally talented in her craft, and simply for being the wonderful person she is.”
