our absolute favorite way to do an “engagement shoot” is to follow our couples around on a mini date…grabbing some cocktails and shots along the way.
we had a blast following madeline + ben as they explored some of their favorite parts of brooklyn.

it’s sweet photo sessions like this that make us fall head over heels with our couples. we absolutely love getting together with for portrait sessions, because it’s nice to get a feel for their love while capturing more laid back moments. digging these adorable photos shot by sarah for LOVE + WOLVES CO.
aimee and paul are old friend's of mine from my college days. they've always been the sweetest and most fun people to be around.
i think that comes through beautifully in their engagement photos.
despite being a bit camera shy, sarah did a killer job working with these two.

i had the pleasure of shooting jaci + phil's engagement on one of my many trips to ny last year. it's shoots like this one that make all of that travel worth it. they were super nervous about having their photos taken, but they fell into a natural stride when they realized all they had to do was interact and go on a stroll.
they were so sweet, in fact, that when i shot their wythe hotel wedding a couple months later they handed me a gift for our son wolfy. salt of the earth.
